My room had a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked efficiently. I also found a coffee maker. I used the complimentary airport shuttle, and it runs frequently. The hotel has a fitness center. It includes several treadmills and free weights. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of choices. I ate eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit each morning. The staff at the front desk gave prompt assistance. They answered all my questions. They gave directions to nearby attractions. They provided information on local transportation options. The room included blackout curtains. I could regulate light exposure. I appreciate that they kept the noise levels low. This allowed me to get good rest before my flight.

The room had issues. The television's lcd panel was broken, i only heard audio. the front door lock was faulty. It did not turn, so it failed to lock completely. i raised these concerns to the front desk staff, and i was told the hotel would investigate. i'm frustrated that these basic issues weren't addressed before my stay!!!
